Auto-fill Name Corrections
Occasionally, your browser will auto-fill in the name fields. However, as there are multiple opportunities to confirm the information during the booking flow, we do not waive fees in auto-fill situations.
- If the correction to a name is 3 or fewer characters, it will be considered a minor name correction.
- If the correction to a name is 4 or more characters, it will be considered a major name correction.
Name Adjustments to Match ID Formats
Please contact our contact centre if you notice that the order of your first, middle, and/or last name on your reservation don't match the order on your ID. Both the name correction and contact centre fees will apply.
Passengers Without a First or Last Name on ID
- If you do not have a last name or first name on your ID, and enter a random name to complete the booking, you will be denied boarding and must purchase a new ticket.
- If the first name is repeated in both fields, it can be changed to FNU (First Name Unknown) or LNU (Last Name Unknown) without a fee. If you cannot complete this online, please contact our contact centre through one of our official channels.
How to Correct a Name Online
- Manage your booking at res.flyflair.com
- Enter your last name and reservation code (PNR)
- Once on the “here’s your reservation page”, click on the link “correct personal information”
- Click on “change name / fix spelling”
- A pop-up will appear to enter the new, correct name
- For minor name corrections (3 or fewer characters) a pop-up will appear to confirm the change
- For major name corrections (4 or more characters), a pop-up will advise the you that a fee will apply
- Once the correction is complete, it will appear on the itinerary
Third-party (travel agency) Reservations
If you purchased your reservation through a third-party agency, please contact your booking provider/travel agent to make the corrections to the name(s) on the reservation.
