I see a charge from Flair on my card, but I am not travelling:
Your card may be compromised if you see a charge on your card with our name as the merchant, but you've never heard of us, did not book a flight with us, or suspect that an unauthorized person made the transaction.
Flair transactions will first appear on your statement as either FLAIR DIRECT CAD or FLAIR DIRECT USD
- Reach out to your bank (or credit card provider) immediately to report an unauthorized transaction.
- We cannot action a cancellation on our side until your bank settles the transaction (which can be up to 7-10 business days), as the charge will be renamed with additional information that we require to cancel the reservation.
- Once settled, the charge will be renamed as FLAIR DIRECT followed by a 6-digit alphanumeric code (e.g., FLAIR DIRECT ABC123 or FLAIR DIRECT A1B2C3).
- We cannot action a cancellation on our side until your bank settles the transaction (which can be up to 7-10 business days), as the charge will be renamed with additional information that we require to cancel the reservation.
- Contact us through one of our official contact channels and provide us that code. Please inform the agent that the reservation was made without your consent and that you've already informed your bank. Help us prevent fraud by providing us this information to cancel the flight.
- Reach out to your bank to initiate a chargeback. We will work with your bank or card provider to get your money back if fraud occurred.
I booked a Flair flight or add-on, and I think I see a duplicate or incorrect charge:
If a charge on your card does not match what you expected, or a service wasn't provided as promised, please complete our refund form at https://flyflair.zendesk.com/hc/en-ca/requests/new?ticket_form_id=26524301820183. Our team will investigate the charge and determine if we can provide a refund back to the original card or by bank transfer.
